We are currently seeking a casual medical receptionist to join our professional and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be team focused in a fast paced environment and have attention to detail, accuracy and committed to providing our patients with outstanding service and care. The casual role will include but is not limited to • Welcoming our patients to the practice • Making appointments and processing patient billing • Providing administrative support for our doctors and allied health professionals

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and care to our patients • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within our team • Computer literacy and the ability to learn new computer software • Ability to work under pressure with a high level of accuracy • Flexibility and availability to work on a roster system within our opening hours between 7.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday, some Wednesday evenings till 7pm and 8am – 12pm Saturdays if required.

• Previous experience in a General Practice setting • Previous experience in a fast paced reception environment • Competent in Best Practice software
