Must have previous General Pratice experience, Current registration, an the ability to perform the following tasks:

· Chronic Disease Management Care Plans and Health Assessments 
· Wound care management 
· Immunizations/Vaccine management ( current immunisation certificate required) 
· ECG’s & Spirometry 
· Assisting in procedures 
· Best Practice experience is a great advantage
