A full time Front Desk Manager is required for a busy Radiology Practice at Morisset with admin staff comprising of 2 full time staff, 7 permanent part time and 4 casual staff. Our practice focus is to sustain a harmonious workplace with excellent customer service. The applicant must be personable, able to communicate exceptionally well and be a team player. The duties include all aspects of operational duties, rosters and scheduling appointments. Medicare billing, private billing and workers compensation billing. Batching and receipting daily. A support person is employed for data entry checks daily for referrals etc. The Front Desk Manager reports directly to the Practice Manager. The Front Desk Manager would play a support role to the Practice Manager in staff management. The Practice Manager is responsible for all recruitment and HR management.
At least 3 years management experience with excellent computer skills is required. The applicant must be approachable, have exceptional communication skills, focus on customer service and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Experience with rosters would be essential.
Experience in radiology , Occam software, Medicare billing, DVA and workers compensation would be highly desirable.
Our practice is centrally located about 10 minutes from the freeway. The train station is directly across the road from the practice. There is plenty of parking off street at the rear of the practice.
Wage is negotiable dependant on experience. The position is full time Monday to Friday with hours negotiable (ie 8a.m to 4pm or 8.30a.m to 4.30pm or 9a.m. to 5pm).
