This part-time position is an opportunity for an individual with outstanding leadership and customer service skills to demonstrate their potential.   As the practice manager you will oversee the operational management and forward planning of the practice to ensure it runs efficiently and effectively

• Extensive experience  as a Practice Manager within general practice (minimum of 3 years)
• Experience and knowledge in accreditation process
• Accounting, human resource and payroll experience
• Work co-operatively and independently 
• Advanced knowledge of Xero, Pracsoft, Medical Director & Pencat
• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to prioritise and organise, with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Medicare Benefits Schedule and item numbers
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
• Experience with PIP and  Quality Improvement process
