Position Description
Enrolled Nurse or Assistant in Nursing required to join established General Practice. We are a privately owned practice that believes in delivering high quality health care to our patients. Currently we have a Part-time opportunity available, up to 3 day per week plus holiday/sick relief.
Essentials Description
- Current APHRA Registration
- Demonstrated knowledge of computers
- Ability to meet deadlines & prioritise
- Demonstrate an ability to work within a team, to enhance and influence clinical practice
- Valid NSW Drivers Licence with access to motor vehicle
Desirables Description
- Immunisation accredited
- Experience in Chornic Disease Management
- Experience with Care Plans and Assessments
- Experience with Best Practice Software or similar
