Position Description

Innerworks Business Solutions is looking to find a Medical Receptionist/Coordinator for a well established Sports and Exercise specialty focused Podiatrist who working within a well respected Multidisciplinary Sports Medicine Clinic.

The premises features both a large comfortable work space with plenty of parking and big gymnasium (which you are welcome to access). Allowing the right person to work in a dynamic and growing environment amongst some of the areas leading and respected Clinicians. You will work closely with the owner to help evolve and grow the role as the business continues to evolve and grow.

- This is a position for someone wanting to build their career and grown the role to a management position. 

About the job role

- Booking in clients and managing the booking schedule

- Meeting and greeting clients with a warm welcome in a professional manner

- Obtaining and filing the medical records and charts online

- Processing payments

- Organizing the businesses files online and ensuring all data and important information is stored correctly

- Answering the work mobile, booking clients, taking notes

- Helping the Owner in daily operations and assistance

- Getting coffee for the podiatrist and servicing meetings if needed

- Liaising with medical colleagues and hospital staff in a professional manner

- Always ensuring confidentiality and management of patient records along with general administration

- Happy to run simple errands and organize lunch and coffee as required.

Reception or office based experience would be highly regarded. Necessary Training Provided!

Essentials Description

-  Able to keep the work mobile mobile phone with them at all times to provide support to patients that may have an urgent problem.

-  This is a long term role. Best suited to that one person who wants a stable position that they can really make their own. 

- Obtaining and filing the medical records and charts online

 

 

Reception or office based experience would be highly regarded.

Necessary Training Provided!

- Excited for Gym membership and potential free TMC Kids sessions with the sister company

- Bubbly personality

- Comfortable and experienced with social media

- Well mannered, well presented and professional at all times

- Can use email, excel and consider yourself slightly tech savvy!
