GenHealth Inc is a not-for-profit non-government multi-disciplinary organisation providing evidence based primary, specialist, allied and health promotion services. The organisation's provision of accessible and cost-efficient health services is a vital contribution to the wellbeing of individuals, families and the community. GenHealth is lead agency of the Coffs Harbour Women's Health Centre, headspace Coffs Harbour and headspace Grafton.
headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds, along with assistance in promoting young peoples' wellbeing (www.headspace.org.au). This is achieved through the Federal Government's funding of headspace Centres throughout Australia via Healthy North Coast. These Centres provide an entry point for young people to access a broad range of services.

About the role
The Lead Receptionist provides administrative leadership, and support to members of the headspace Grafton centre team in order to facilitate a high level of care for young people. As line manager to the reception team, the Lead Receptionist ensures professional and confidential administration services are provided to support effective service delivery and day-to-day functioning of the headspace centre.

About you
You will have experience in a similar role and an understanding of the day-to-day functions of a fast-paced medical or administrative service. As a team leader, you are an excellent communicator who can motivate, guide, and support your team members, while tailoring your communication to suit interactions with clinicians, young people and their family/friends, and external stakeholders.
